I paid but my download did not arrive.
Check your spam folder first — order emails occasionally land there. If it is not there, email us with the PayPal transaction ID and we will send your files within a few hours.
My download link has expired.
Links stay live for 30 days. Your purchase never expires — email us your order reference and we will issue a fresh link.
I want a refund.
Email us within 30 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason, and we process refunds through PayPal, usually the same working day.
Can I read the books on my phone or Kindle?
Yes. Every book is a standard PDF, which opens on any phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader with no extra software.
