The short version

We collect your email address so we can deliver what you bought and reply to you. We do not sell your data, ever. Payments go through PayPal and we never see your card details.

Who is responsible

What we collect

• Your email address — when you buy something, request the free guide, or subscribe to the newsletter.
• Order information — the product bought, the PayPal order reference, and the amount. We use this to deliver your files and handle support and refunds.
• Contact form content — your name, email and message, so we can reply.
• Basic technical data — IP address and request information, used transiently for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

We do not collect or store payment card details. PayPal handles the entire payment and holds that data under its own privacy policy.

Why we are allowed to use it

• To perform our contract with you — delivering the product you bought, and supporting it afterwards.
• Your consent — for marketing emails, which you gave by signing up and can withdraw at any time.
• Our legitimate interests — keeping the site secure and preventing abuse.
• Legal obligation — retaining transaction records for tax and accounting purposes.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors, and share only what each one needs:

• PayPal — payment processing.
• Resend — sending your order and newsletter emails.
• Vercel — hosting this website.

We never sell your personal data or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires (typically six to seven years). Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept for up to two years.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Email Mindshiftmovementt@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days at no charge. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Marketing emails

Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect transactional emails about an order you have placed.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. PayPal sets its own cookies when its checkout loads on a product page, which are necessary for the payment to work and are governed by PayPal’s privacy policy.

If you later add analytics or advertising pixels, this section must be updated and a consent banner added for visitors in the UK and EU.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the date at the top.
