If a book does not deliver for you, we refund it. No forms, no hoops, no reason required.
The guarantee
Every product on this site — including the $40 premium edition — is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with what you bought, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.
You do not need to explain why, return anything, or delete the files first. We ask only that you have actually opened the book — the guarantee exists for people it did not help, not as a way to collect free PDFs.
How to claim
- Email Mindshiftmovementt@gmail.com from the address you used to buy.
- Include your order reference or PayPal transaction ID.
- Say the word “refund”. That is genuinely all we need.
How long it takes
We process refunds through PayPal, usually on the same working day and always within five working days. Once we issue it, PayPal returns the money to your original payment method — that side typically takes a further three to five working days depending on your bank.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to any rights you have under consumer law and does not replace them.
A note for customers in the UK and EU: for digital content downloaded immediately, the standard 14-day right to cancel is normally waived at the point you start the download, which you agree to at checkout. Our 30-day guarantee is deliberately more generous than that, and we honour it regardless.
Chargebacks
Please email us before raising a dispute with PayPal or your bank. We have never refused a refund request that fell within the guarantee, and a direct email gets your money back considerably faster than a dispute does.
Duplicate purchases
Bought the same product twice, or bought the journal separately and then the collection that includes it as a bonus? Email us — we will refund the duplicate in full, and the 30-day window does not apply to genuine duplicates.
Problems that are not refund problems
If the issue is a download that will not open or a link that has expired, we can usually fix that in minutes. Get in touch through the contact page and we will sort it before you decide whether you want a refund at all.
